In order to attend and participate in the conference program, you must formally register for the conference. Registration will offer free access to all conference related events including tutorials, invited talks, sessions, breakfast, lunches, and reception.

If you need a letter of invitation to obtain a visa, the program co-chairs will send you such a letter upon request once you have registered for the conference.

Author Registration Requirement for Including Accepted Papers in the Program

Each accepted paper or poster must have at least one author registered with an "Author Registration" by April 5, 2021, in order for the full/short paper or poster abstract to be included in the conference. If the only author registering for the conference is a student, the registration must still be an "Author Registration" (i.e., no student discount). Additional authors can register as Regular or Student (with a proof of student status).

For each accepted submission, at least one author must attend the conference to present the work. For each accepted paper (full, short, or poster abstract), there must be an author registration. If you are the author of more than one accepted paper, you need to register as an author only once and are able to register up to TWO full/short papers (or poster), but each paper requires its own publication fee. Anything beyond that will require another Author registration.

As a Hybrid conference we will have TWO attendance options

  • Virtual Attendance

    • Deadline: None

    • Cost: $50

  • Physical Attendance

    • Deadline: April 15, 2021

    • Cost: $250 (by April 15, 2021)

    • Cost: $350 (by May 10, 2021)

    • Cost: $400 (after May 10, 2021 or at the physical conference)

Students will have a $50 discount on whichever type of attendance they select. Please E-mail to receive the discount code.

  • Additional Dining Tickets (Author/Early/Standard/Late Registrations include all social events. Extra social event tickets for family, partners, etc. are available.)

    • Extra Reception Ticket: $100

Payment Instructions

Payment can be made via RegOnline Registration website (preferred), bank transfer, or check drawn on a US bank. Paying for multiple registrations in a single payment is possible via RegOnline multiple attendee option. In all cases you'll receive an email confirming when payment has been processed. If you wish to complete the payment using bank transfer or check, please email the FLAIRS-34 Registration Chair at flairs34(at)easychair(dot)org to request the instructions. Please include "FLAIRS-34 Registration Payment" in the subject line. Note that, there will be an additional $30 processing fee for bank transfers.

For Student Registrations: Please email documentation (student ID, university current semester registration, or letter from faculty advisor/department chair): to receive the discount code.

FLAIRS-33 presenters: If you aim to present your paper from FLairs-33, you are waved publications fee and fees for the rest is the same as Flairs-34 attendance.

Refund Policy

There will be NO REFUND for Publication Fees or Virtual Attendance.

The deadline for refund requests is May 10, 2021. All refund requests must processed in the CVent registration system. A $100 processing fee will be assessed for all refunds.

There will be NO REFUNDS after May 10, 2021.
